Paralympic gold medallist Liz Johnson spent years winning accolades in the world of elite sport. But, outside of the Paralympics, disabled people continue to struggle, especially in the world of work. The disability employment gap in the U.S. stands at over 40%. In this talk, Liz will draw on her personal experiences as a Paralympian and Founder of The Ability People to explore how businesses can embrace and benefit from the talents of people living with disabilities.
